TAGAYTAYLAND
Located in Metro-Tagaytay, Talisay, Batanags, in Luzon,
Philippines. Sitting in the Tagaytay-Talisay Midlands, below
the Tagaytay Highlands Ridge, it is approximately 1,700 feet
above see level and 300 feet above Taal Lake which it
overlooks. The Tagaytay-Talisay, where the site is located
stretches out ina haze of mountainous beauty from the
Tagaytay Highlands Ridge down to Taal lake. The Site
provides breahtaking panoramic views of these mountains,
serene Taal Lake, and majestic Taal Volcano.

The site is well protected by the Highlands from seasonal rains,
typhoons, and monsoon winds. These rains can sometimes
become quite strong, but as indicated in the map, the site, which
sits between Tagaytay and Laurel, is well within protected area.

Asia, and will be a regional hub for international retirement communities.
